Getting started
From the first call to the first visit.
Most families call when they've started to worry. Here's what happens next, so you know what to expect.
You call or book a visit
Tell us about your loved one and what's been hard lately. We'll answer your questions, including cost, and set a time to come out. Call (405) 500-1758 Monday to Friday, 8 to 6, or join our opening list. Visits begin in June 2027.
We visit at home, free
We sit down with your loved one, and with you if you'd like to be there. We learn their routines, what they enjoy, what they'd like help with, and what worries the family. If they need more than companion care, we'll tell you.
We write a service plan together
The plan lists the help they'll get, the days and the hours. It's written with your loved one and the family, shared with the caregiver before the first visit, and reviewed with you at least every six months, or sooner if things change.
We match a caregiver
Every caregiver has passed a fingerprint background check through Oklahoma's OKSCREEN program. We look for someone whose personality and interests fit your loved one.
Care begins, and we stay close
Our office is in Mustang and our caregivers are supervised from there. If anything needs to change, call us any weekday and we'll update the plan.
Be one of our first families.
We're not open yet. We're getting licensed and plan to open in Mustang in June 2027. Join the list and we'll email you when we open, or take a look at how booking will work.
